These Conditions of Sale regulate the sale of products marketed by the company La general Papir srl in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase transactions, between the Seller and the Customer, will be governed by the following General Conditions.

REGISTRATION

Users who intend to buy on generalpapir.com and use the services on the site must register. The user who registers declares that he has read the privacy policy, and that the personal data entered are truthful, besides correct, taking full responsibility for the information provided. In case of changes, the user is required to promptly inform the Company.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sales contracts of the products on the site generalpapir.com, are considered concluded when the purchase order made by the customer is received generalpapir.com and the latter accepts it. AVAILABILITY’ OF PRODUCTS AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

However, it must be considered that multiple users can place orders for the same item(s) at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products present in our warehouse. In this case we will take care to promptly notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product., who at that point will be able to freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.

generalpapir.com reserves the opportunity to fulfill even partially the orders received based on the availability of the products in stock.

Please also remember that the images present within the product sheets are indicative and sometimes, as they are all handcrafted products, may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, although we show a lot of care and attention in this too.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

DEFINITION OF THE ORDER

By sending the online order, the Customer transmits to generalpapir.com a proposal to purchase the product and/or products placed in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated herein General conditions of Sale.

PURCHASE METHOD

The customer buys the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical data sheets, at the price indicated therein plus the delivery costs specified on the site. Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product is summarized, the overall cost in case of purchase of multiple products and the related delivery costs. Once the purchase order has been submitted, the customer will receive an email from general Papir srl confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased good, detailed indication of the price, of delivery costs, applicable taxes and means of payment.

SALES PRICES

All sales prices displayed on the site generalpapir.com they are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are the responsibility of the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

Shipments are made exclusively via courier, which delivers by 7/21 working days (with some exceptions) following the processing of the order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, clearly visible when placing the order.

Shipping costs are offered free of charge for domestic orders in Italia (including the Vatican and San Marino) starting from € 4,00 (quattroeuro), international in Europe and the Mediterranean Basin starting from € 250,00 (three hundred,00) and international in Rest of the world starting € 500,00 (five hundred,00).

generalpapir.com assumes no responsibility for any delays in delivery by shipping companies.

PAYMENT

The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed:

  • Payment by PayPal and/or Credit Card: the consumer can use the payment procedure with PayPal and/or credit card, suitable to ensure the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. For any information and further Legal Agreements, the Customer is referred to consult the site www.paypal.com.
  • Payment by bank transfer: payment by bank transfer can be made using the details displayed during the online ordering procedure. In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased good will be shipped in the manner described in the following paragraph “Delivery of Products”, to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit, therefore on average within three/six working days after the transfer has been made (the timing varies depending on the credit institution used).

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The purchased good, together with the relevant invoice, is delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer when ordering online. The generalpapir.com guarantees the delivery of the purchased product in the shortest possible time. In the event of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence, to the address indicated by him in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the addressee is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (generalpapir.com).

WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The products purchased on the site generalpapir.com are subject to the regulation on the sale of consumer goods. The delivered products comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with the generalpapir.com, without specifying the reason, within the deadline of 10 (ten) working days starting from the receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the generalpapir.com website . The right of withdrawal is exercised with the sending, within the aforementioned term, of a written communication to the address of generalpapir.com, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The notice of withdrawal must necessarily be sent, within the aforementioned terms, also by email to generalpapirsrl@gmail.com , with attached proof of sending Registered Letter. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the communication must be made to the following address:

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return it to generalpapir.com within the deadline of 15 (fifteen) days starting from the date of delivery of the goods by courier (at the customer's expense) at _________________________ or by going to the office of generalpapir.com Via Circumvallazione External, 38, 80144 Naples NA during opening hours (free mode) o. The good must be returned packed in its original packaging. The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the electronic receipt of the order. The costs of returning the goods by courier are charged to the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, the generalpapir.com is required to refund the sums paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, even if offered for free starting from €100.00 (centoeuro,00) for national orders in Italy, a €100,00 (centoeuro,00) for International orders in Europe and €120.00 (one hundred and twenty,00) for international orders in the rest of the world. In particular, the generalpapir.com will proceed with the transmission of the credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped by 15 (fifteen) working days from the date the returned package was received. This operation will be carried out by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer. The generalpapir.com has the right to reject any product returned not perfectly intact or in a manner different from those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been fully paid by the customer, or the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods, the generalpapir.com reserves the right to declare, pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 1456 of the Civil Code, terminated this contract by sending a written communication to the customer's email address.

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by the Buyer pursuant to this guarantee or any further legal guarantees will be the Court of Naples.
